When & how started your relationship with Komori?  

The relationship started 12 years ago in 2011. Through contacts via via, an introduction meeting was held at the time. This meeting was a success and ever since we’ve been your partner for Cloud solutions.

Can you also tell a bit more about the work you are doing?  

Exact ensures that Komori can access the data online at all times so that it no longer needs to be stored locally on a server. Basically, Komori only has laptops and computers in the office and we stream all data from our servers. This was already the request when we started 12 years ago the collaboration and this setup was not very common (yet) back then.

What do you like about working together with Komori?  

My role is to advise Komori in the best possible way for all ICT solutions and requests. I have contact with several people, with Sebastian, for example, but also with Erik and for complicated technical questions, I involve experts from my own team. Over the past 12 years, I have come to know Komori well and we have good contact! I appreciate that Komori thoroughly researches opportunities. There is good contact both business-wise but also personal matters sometimes come up.

I personally like to advise a client that has needs for a more complicated IT structure. It keeps on challenging me to develop user-friendly outcomes for these complicated cases.

Do you have special memories or anecdotes to talk about working with Komori?  

I remember during one of my first visits to Komori I was immediately given a guided tour. I loved seeing how proud everyone is of the brand and the company.

Do you have any future outlooks or anniversary wishes for Komori? 

It's special anyway for a company to turn 100. That is worth congratulating in itself. Congratulations on many more years to come!
